Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Manage end to end Talent Acquisition for Domestic and International Location
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements
- Determine selection criteria
- Source and call potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview tech
- Experience in Joining formalities and Documentation
- Hands-on experience in Exit Formalities
- Handling Performance management
Desired Candidate Profile
06 to 4 years Experience in HR Generalist
Excellent Communication Skills- Oral and Written
Hands on expertise on MS Office
Any Graduate with HR Experience
