Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Manage end to end Talent Acquisition for Domestic and International Location
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source and call potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview tech
  • Experience in Joining formalities and Documentation
  • Hands-on experience in Exit Formalities
  • Handling Performance management

Desired Candidate Profile

06 to 4 years Experience in HR Generalist

Excellent Communication Skills- Oral and Written

Hands on expertise on MS Office

Any Graduate with HR Experience
